How a Fence Job Works in Cary

Why do wood fence posts fail so quickly on Cary properties?

Cary sits on red clay that drains slowly. After heavy rain, water pools around the base of posts and stays there for days. Untreated or poorly installed posts rot at the ground line within a few years.
